Great Quran

A Quran reading application based on the King Fahd Complex Edition. The application supports complete Quran audio recitations by a selection of renowned reciters, in addition to curated recitations, with the ability to search by reciter name.

Users can access a comprehensive library of Quranic sciences, including concise, intermediate, and detailed Tafsir books, as well as resources on linguistics, reflection (Tadabbur), Tajweed, and Islamic creed (‘Aqidah).

The application features an organized index of major Quranic themes, under which related subtopics are listed, along with the relevant verses.

To support memorization, users can listen to one or more selected verses with repetition. The “Lens Mode” hides verses and reveals them upon tapping, helping users test their memorization.

By highlighting a single verse, users can:
- Listen to its recitation.
- View the translation of its meaning.
- Read the Tafsir.
- Copy or share the verse.
- Add bookmarks to the Mushaf or library.

The application Provides a comfortable reading experience with night mode, and automatically hides side menus during reading, which reappear when the screen is tapped.

Users can also create a daily reading plan and completion schedule (Khatmah), enable reminders, and track their progress with daily, weekly, and monthly statistics.
