Tahbir: The Ten Qira’at

Tahbeer Al-Qira’at Al-‘Ashr is an application designed to support reciters and students of the Quranic qira’at by providing a reliable audio source for learning correct pronunciation. The recitations are recorded in the voice of Sabir bin Abdul Hakam and have been reviewed and verified under the supervision of a committee of senior scholars.

The application includes selected riwayat from some of the Ten Qira’at, including: Hafs and Shu‘bah ‘an ‘Asim; Warsh and Qalun ‘an Nafi‘; and Al-Duri and Al-Susi ‘an Abi ‘Amr.

The application interface allows smooth navigation between menus and sections, providing access to indexes of surahs, ajza’, and rubu‘ (quarter Hizb sections), listening to recitations, switching between riwayat, managing favorite Surahs, and adjusting settings. The home screen also displays the number of daily listening minutes.

Users can control the application settings through the following options:
- Adjusting recitation speed.
- Setting a specific recitation segment (start and end verses).
- Setting the number of times a verse or segment is repeated.
- Enabling background playback.
- Activating reminders for the daily wird.
- Enabling night mode.
